Be Your Own Star
Username: [9/10 points] Well, it's definitely unique. Despite the fact that it makes me sound like an idiot, I would click on it. I find it amusing and it sounds like something I would have used oh... 3 years ago.
First Impression: [10/20 points] Drab. I like this layout though. I've seen it around a few times, but not enough to make me sick of it. You signed your name at the end of the most recent entry and I'm hoping it's not a habit. I bet it is.
Content: [25/55 points] First and foremost, "............." means nothing. If you must use ellipsis, don't use 15 of them, use three. Your entries would be a lot shorter if there wasn't literally a mile of ellipsis' in every sentence. You don't capitalize too often. I find this especially annoying on darker templates for some reason. Signing your name at the end of every entry became quite annoying after awhile. Most of your writing is centered around what you do and who you do it with. Your somewhat of a daylogger, but you put your thoughts on what happened into the mix too. If I didn't know better, I would compare your writing to my own. Your just a big bubble of randomness. Most of your entries aren't focused on one particular thing. The point changes several times before it's finished. I find that is a good quality, because it keeps a person interested. I didn't even want to skip the longer entries. You have a semi-interesting diary ,but the grammar, punctuation, and layout take away from your writing. If you want to improve your diary, spellcheck your entries before you post, capitalize, and lay off the ellipsis.
Layout: [10/40 points] Lucky Designs. As I was travelling around diaryland earlier today, I saw this template twice and that changed my opinion on it. It's an okay layout. It's nothing special at all. I like the image, but even it isn't that great. I hate the way the links are arranged in the horizontal rows at the top and bottom. I don't like links embedded in images either, because there's no way to change them and judging from the rest of your layout, you don't look like you would have the HTML knowledge to do so. I definitely sugest getting another template, because this one is not for you. I'm not saying it's a bad layout, but it would be better suited for someone who knew how to use it. You need something more elegant and clean.
Contact: [2/5 points] Email. Notes. You have a guestbook link, but no guestbook. If you want a free one go here. That simple.
Personality: Down to Earth. Open-minded. Religious. Honest. Unselfish. Optimistic. Soft-hearted. Close to your family.
Extras: [0/10 points] You have a rings and cast link, but neither of them work. You also have a link that says link and leads to the Diaryland error page. Either add a rings, cast, and other pages or get rid of the links. It's annoying to click them and find nothing.
Am I linked: [0/5 points] No. Tsk.
Favorite entries: [12/25 points] One, Two.
Originality: [7/10 points] You seemed rather normal, but in today's world that happens to be oddly original.
Quotes: None.
Most Memorable: Nothing really stood out that much. It was just a nice breeze of thoughts and day logs.
Comments: Change that layout. It overshadows your writing. Get something neat and tidy. And remember, Don't use ellipsis. Say it with me, "Don't use ellipsis."
Would I come back: [5/20 points] I doubt it.
Total: [80/200]
